I am using the v.1.6.3 and the logo was kept in pdflogo/logo.gif without the images in front of it. If you did uload this folder to images you really need to go back thru the config files and the other documents to replace all occurances of pdflogo/logo.gif with the correct path you used, or easier- change the logo that was given as a sample.
