Table Rate Shipping X2

Hi everybody,

 

I am using Table Rate shipping module (10:8.50,1000:22.50). Sometimes when I go to checkout it adds me 45.00. (if I change 22.50 in my table rate settings to for example 15 it will add 30), so it's the real cost x2. It happens only for some big products but obviously they weight less then 1000kg ;-) and I have no idea why it could be.

 

Please guys, any suggestions what it might be.
