I installed your contribution, but the Export button doesn't work for me. When I press Export nothing happens. Also, there are no errors. I'll appreciate your help.

Also do not jus copy/paste the code, write it again. Otherwise the quotes and so on, gets messed up.

Thanks for the response. I found that this contribution did not work with IE and when I clicked Export, nothing happened. I installed Firefox and it did export the data; however, the State field was empty..

Main question/request is for a way to add newsletter subscription status (un/subscribed) to the exported details.

 

I installed this for a client and I've been wondering why they couldn't get it to work (PC/IE) when it works just fine for me (Mac/Safari). I now have XP running on my Mac and can see what my client is going through. Anyone found an IE- friendly fix for this?

 

Also, just PC newbie question, how do I choose a default download location on a PC. Is it a preference in IE itself or some setting in Internet Options?

The contribution didn't work for me at first. The Admin screen went blank. I went into the code, and found that the single quotes and double quotes were not the proper ones that we should use in Spanish environment. There were places, instead of a single quote, an accent was used. There are two types of double quotes on a Spanish keyboard, ", and ¨, I replaced all the suspicious looking ones and it is working now.

I have loaded this and when I click the export button in both IE and Firefox it is giving me the same error,I am sure it is really simple to fix but not being a coder I dont want to mess it up

Hi,

 

I am having the same problem with the export. I click on the export button, the page reloads but nothing happens.

I tried with explorer, firefox, Chrome on Windows and with Firefox and Safari on Mac.

I have no disabled any pop up blockers (although I doubt this is an obstacle)

 

I am not a coder, but I tried to follow the idea that the quotation marks might be mixed up, but I came up with nothing Obvious. Any ideas?
