Free Shipping Module Issue

Hi everyone,

 

 

I've an issue that seems to appear from time to time, without any right rules on the free shipping calculation.

 

Basically, I've put the free shipping on a national basis over 40 € & sometimes, but not always (only in 10% of the order approx.), even if the customer order more than for 40 € (with or without VAT), there are freight costs ! In any case, there shouldn't be such costs if my customer order for more than 40 € (included VAT).

 

Can someone help me on that problem cause I have several customers who are not very happy about it...
