I don't seem to be able to find documentation on how to setup the Authorize.net module. I have installed the module, the bank uses Authorize.net, but what other configuration is neccessary to use Authorize.net as the gateway? Are the username and transaction key for an account with Authorize.net?

Yes, you need to open a Payment Gateway account at authorize.net in order to use that module. Contact them through their website, they'll email you an application which will ask for both your Merchant Bank Account information and your website information. I think the setup fee was $99 - monthly fee $20 - per transaction fee 10cents. Once approved (I got my account the same day I applied), you'll get the correct Login and Transaction Key for the authorize.net module.
