spinz06 Posted May 22, 2007 Share Posted May 22, 2007 can someone please help me? Is this true. Ok, I have installed OSCommerce on my server and it has all kinds of files included. Now if I have an OSCommerce template I purchased do I have to delete all of the files that origianlly came with the OScommerce install and then upload the template files to the shop files on my server or how do I upload it all I have looked all over and can't figure this out, I am very new to php and oscommerce so can someone please help me?? Look if the template contains php files, if so you probably just have to overwrite the existing files (according to the file structure). spinz06 Posted May 22, 2007 Author Share Posted May 22, 2007 thank you for your response, I have contacted the template provider and they will not give me any help, I would not suggest anyone use www.perfectory.com perfectory web design I can't seem to get any installation help. I am new to oscommerce and php but have installed other shopping carts and used dreamweaver and plenty of html before but for some reason I can't get this template to upload to my site, I will try what you recommended and see how that works. thanks again!
