ResilientBiscuit Posted May 22, 2007 Posted May 22, 2007 I am trying to help my dad with his website that sells flowers. We have had a simple website with a form used to email orders in but I wanted to put something a little fancier up but still keep the website looking the same. So I was wondering is there any way to keep all the html the same but, say, just add a button next to the current item descriptions that says "add to cart" and just use the shopping cart portion of osCommerce? I certainly dont know PHP well enough to make it look much different from the standard shop format given in osCommerece. As best i can figure right now, i can either take all or nothing with the osCommerece setup, and I dont want the whole shop layout, just the cart. Thanks Justin
dropdeadred Posted May 22, 2007 Posted May 22, 2007 I think you might be better going for something a bit lighter! You can certainly do what you want, but it would involve some in depth editing because each page is written on the fly and includes all elements (header, categories, infoboxes etc).
