catisfaction Posted May 21, 2007 Posted May 21, 2007 I started working on my store yesterday, today I find a random product has been added by somebody... somehow... I know it's not one of the demo ones that is in there with the template as I removed all of those and this was in a catagory I created. Anyways I deleted it, and it's no biggie. but what is a biggie is that someone else was able to get into my store and edit something. How do I prevent this from occuring?

(sorry if that is a stupid question) Would that be on my server itself (there's something called a Plesk Desk on my server which I can access) Morning Helen Your hosting control panel will have a facility to set a password on the admin folder If you have any problems then let me know Mark
