I get to my FTP Manager in my Admin Panel but don't know where to upload the file and what the next steps are. If anyone knows how to do this, please let me know. I'm paying for this service now but don't have it up and running on my website. Thank You!

But you should use the one in the contribution section here since it is the one supported on the forums (maybe they are the same). But, more importantly, it works. You can download it here.
