I'm using Fex Ex shipping module and I have one product that is pretty heavy and big in size and needs to be broken down into 3 boxes to be shipped. Is there any way to have it broken down into 3 boxes with each different weight for this one single item??

I can only tell you that this kind of splitting of a product into several items is supported by the UPS XML contribution (add-on to the add-on dimensional support) since recently. Perhaps you or someone else can port it to the FedEx module?
