Email Doubling Up

I think I may have doubles up on a line of code installing a contribution... not sure but two emails get sent out. Could someone stear me in the right direction (which file should I be looking in)

Whelp it seems that no matter where I send emails from... admin or catalog I get two emails. This must be a clue but I don't know what it is.

Anybody have a thought?
