I have just installed the Contact Us Super Enhancement V1.4 Contribution and get a "The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request" after submitting the Form. However, although an error page is shown, the system still sends an Email but only includes details of the Email and Description fields! I have checked at least five times and everyting seems to be ok but still getting the above problem. Any ideas? Your help would be much appreciated.
