Authorize.net Adding To Order Total When Order Declined

The authorize.net check out process is adding an order in the admin section to order totals when the credit card is declined for any reason that would decline the card (avs mismatch, incorrect card number etc..) when I click the order totals in the admin it will only show the orders that succesfully processed. Anyone have a fix for this? Thanks, CPC
