Increased admin timeout to 3600000

I increased my admin timeout from 3600 to 36000000 now when i fill in details on admin page, it just refreshes, i have tried clearing cookies etc, but nothing as helped

 

which file i ftp can i modify . if any ??

how do you increase the timeout. When I try to update products and there is another image tha I want to upload it times out the whole time meaning that I can't update any products.
