I was wondering on when the catalog/ceckout_success comes up, where can I go and modify the text that states that the item(s) will be delivered in 2-5 days? I looked in the php file itself and could not find any.

Yeah. Whatever page you're on you want to change the wording to, just go to that folder, open the file corresponding with that page and edit the language. The vast majority of all the oscommerce language is found there. Any more questions, feel free to ask.

Where do I go to change the wording in say the review or search (just a few examples) sections that shows up on all of the pages.

Off the top of my head without looking I think its catalog/includes/languages/english/boxes/boxname.php, but I could be wrong. I know you will see a folder named boxes and its in there.
