Installation 3.04 stop at step2

Hi to all

 

if i try to install OSC 3.0 alpha4 Lebkuchen it starts and then nothing goesforward it hangs on "The database structure is now being imported. Please be patient during this procedure.

 

i have no access to the php.ini to change anything so i need another solution

 

 

please help
