Adding Search back into my Template

I downloaded a template that removed the search feature from my website. I found this link :

That tells me what code I need to add, I would like to put it back to the default spot basically, which is the lower left area on my website. So I added it to the column_left.php and it looks like this www.thesagesgrove.com (look toward the bottom left).

 

It doesn't look very good and I would like it to look more like the default code, does anyone know were the default search code is so that I may use that? I would like it to have the box around it... like it does on the default setup.
