failed to open stream error for categories.php file

Hi,

 

I am getting errror in admin as failed opening required for application_top.php in admin/includes when i am in categories.php file in my admin tool.

 

I get this error if i don't refresh the page. But if i refresh the page the error doesn't come.

 

Can anybody help.
