How do I create a new navigation Bar

I want to create my own navigation bar but I can't work out how to do this.

 

Or I'm happy to keep the existing one but be able to add new links, I'm really stuck on this.

You can make your own custom header. If you want to keep your breadcrumbs then move the code above or below the new header.

Sorry but could you tell me what to modify exactly, i.e. to add Login to the header.
