No, nothing was changed on that code. It seems that if the customer gets to order confirmation and decides to go back and double the item quantity, it ups the total but still adds the low order fee. I have had the store up with the low order minimum for a year, and no one has brought it to my attention before that if the order total is $10.00, the low order minimum is still shown, even thought it is supposed to be in effect for orders under $10.
