Low Order Fee Remains After Customer Orders More

Anyone have a solution to the customer still receiving a low order fee after they have gone back and added additional quantity to the order before checking out?

you must have some different code with your store because I do not see it happening with the stock osc.

 

No, nothing was changed on that code. It seems that if the customer gets to order confirmation and decides to go back and double the item quantity, it ups the total but still adds the low order fee. If the customer goes back and adds another item to up the total, if appears to remove the low order fee. ??

On 2nd thought, thanks - you're absolutely right that it isn't the code. I have had the store up with the low order minimum for a year, and no one has brought it to my attention before that if the order total is $10.00, the low order minimum is still shown, even thought it is supposed to be in effect for orders under $10. So I changed it to $9.99 in Administration and now it functions correctly.
