Add customers email to admin/orders.php order list

I would find it very useful to have the customers email in the list on admin/orders.php. What I am currently doing is opening up the order to get the email, which I cut and paste into Endicia (www.endicia.com) in order to send my customers the US MAIL confirmation number generated in Endicia for their shipment. Opening up the order takes time, and because I am using this contribution (http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contributions,2773) to download orders directly into Quickbooks, which then prints invoices in batch, I don't need to open up the invoice, except to get the email.

 

I suspect it would be only a simple line of code to add. I've tried cut and pasting some code on the orders.php page, but not knowing php I haven't been successful. Any suggestions?
