Server Error 500

Hi there,

 

I'm trying to install oscommerce. The problem is that I can't reach any file inside "catalog" with my internet browser. I made a test file with a simple hello world, which I can reach when putting it outside the "catalog" folder, but inside the 500 error pops up.

 

I haven't found any solution, so maybe you can help.

 

does it have something to do with my htaccess of configure.php??

you need to check if you have an .htaccess file inside the catalog folder. Make sure its contents follow the server settings. Incorrect lines in that file may cause this problem.
