madcrazygirl Posted May 18, 2007 Posted May 18, 2007 I was thinking exactly the same when I viewed your profile :-" Oscommerce has not worked for you and you seem not to have requested any help from the community so to tell people 'don't use osc commerce cart it won't work' is pretty dumb when if you had looked through this forum you would have seen that's clearly not the case. The problem is with the person who persuaded you to part with money and not the cart itself......

Well, for simonmccoys, OSC is a waste of time and money (since he purchased a template, changed servers). For the rest, it works.

Simon Well,simonmccoys Must say you are entitled to your opinion even if it is vastly wrong. What a great peice of software OSC Commerce is and for free. The community is huge and without the heros of open source what a sad webspace it would all be. I am no coder,i do not know php or html but with the help of this forum i have completed 2 stores with little fuss. Read the forum,ask for help and the riches and benifits are huge. Thank you OSC Commerce and all involved(posts,mods,help,advice,admins),Keep up the fantastic work. A fan
