Do I choose: "Grant API credentials" or "Request API credentials"? * Also if I am to select "Grant API credentials" what is the "API Partner Username" and which do I choose from the access levels? I contacted Paypal and this is what they said: "You do not need to use API credentials with your shopping carts unless that is something that OSCommerce has advised you to do. It is not essential to the processing of your transactions. If the Payment Module in OSCommerce does not ask for API credentials, you don't need them. Please check the Payment Module on your OSCommerce carts to be sure they are indicating the email address that is confirmed on your PayPal account. If that is set correctly, and you are still having problems you will need to discuss them with OSCommerce because the correct information is not being passed to PayPal from the shopping cart."
