please let me know how to increase charecters length in title of the page

What do you mean by "title length"?

Hi, if I am understanding this correctly, I suggest to go to your admin section, then CONFIGURATION => Minimum Values, but in your case it should be Maximum Values, click on the line that you want to change and then click edit to the right of the table.
