Error code- 12263

I have done several search attempts at the site to try and find out what the cause of this error is.

 

I guess something is implemented wrong somewhere but I am unsure where. I have no errors at the top of my screen after finishing the install everything seems to be running smoothly other than allowing me to create a customer account. Every time I attempt to create a test account or log into a test account I get the error listed below.

 

Mywebsite.com has sent an incorrect or unexpected message error code -12263.

 

If anyone has the answer to this one I would greatly appreciate it.
