Hi guys,

i was wondering if anyone else has the same problem. Normally our site displays tax (GST). When a customer logs in all looks great and displays normally, but if they "edit" or "update" their address details (they don't even have to make a change to their details) and click ok then it displays prices without tax.

Does anyone else have this problem? Any suggestions on where i should look to fix it? Its like the address book function tells it to turn off the tax....????

Otherwise everything else is working great.

Cheers

I've ben getting crazy with the same problem. Check where your taxes are defined. In my case it was as simple as VAT was only defined for a country so real price (including TAX) was only displayed if a customer was logged in. What, anyway, would be considered for some shops as a good marketing idea...
