SSL Certificate Error

Guest

Recommended Posts

Just installed a new SSL cert for a os commerce store: www.accessoryjunkie.com

The old cert expired and we bought a new one and installed it on the server.

When we setup the SSL CSR we used: https://accessoryjunkie.com

Should we have used? https://www.accessoryjunkie.com

Previously it was setup without the (www)

If we click the link "Continue to this website (not recommended). "

We get into the website okay but it will deter some customers.

Any ideas?

We get this error:

There is a problem with this website's security certificate.

The security certificate presented by this website was not issued by a trusted certificate authority.

Security certificate problems may indicate an attempt to fool you or intercept any data you send to the server.
