Help with Admin Authentication with Turning number(Image Verification)

sorry guys, i know everyone is probably sick of hearing about problems with securing the admin directory!

 

I have had a heck of a time figuring out how to do this, i have tried .htaccess and a few contributions so far with no luck. i am new to php and mysql so if this is a dumb question i apologize. i installed "Admin Authentication with Turning number(Image Verification)" and it seems to have worked but what i cannot figure out is how to set a user name and password.

 

Any help would be great!

or maybe someone has an easyer way to password protect admin? im going nuts here :'(
