FuFa Posted May 16, 2007 Share Posted May 16, 2007 Hello, Me and my friend opened a shop using osCommerce, we were happy with the product and already had a few costumers, but now we are having a Problem: We can't see any orders in the Admin pannel, this is a critical problem, there are 2 costumers waiting and we just don't know what they ordered Please help us, we are going crazy :'( Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
crandall87 Posted May 16, 2007 Share Posted May 16, 2007 Did you not get an order process email? Did they order with paypal? It is likely that you need to install the Paypal IPN module if the answer to both questions are yes. You wont be able to see your previous missing orders but you wont get this problem in the future.
