Want a fullsize picture, no thumbnail, in product's individual page

Hi, redoing my art site and I'd like to do away with thumbnailing the piece when the visitor goes to it and just have the picture at fullsize and in the middle of the product's individual page since there is not much text besides the size and what medium. Is there an easy way to bypass the thumbnail system so that the art will display that way?

 

Essentially, I want to lay it out like this:
