Multi Geo Zone Help

Hi,

 

I am trying to set up the following:

 

INTERNATIONAL

 

$0-20 = $15

$20.01- 50 = $29

$50-80 = $36

$80-100 = $40

$100 and over = 45%

 

Mail (Within US)

$0-10 = $4

$10.01-20 = $5

$20.01-30 = $6

$30.01-40 = $7

$40.01-70 = $9

$70.01-100 = $11

$100.01 and over = 12%

 

UPS (Within US)

$0-20 = $8

$20.01-30 = $11

$30.01-60 = $12

$60.01-100 = $15

$100.01 and over = 15%

 

Canada

$0-20 = $10

$20.01-$30 = $18

$30.01-70 = $26

$70.01-90 = $32

$90 and over 40%

 

I have installed the multi geo multi table contribution but I do not see how I can specify for the user to select the shipping method at checkout time. I do not want to have ups or usps determine the quote for me automatically. Is there a way to do this? I have been trying to get this to work for days now :(

Do you have to have the shipping generated automatically? Can you not generate the shipping for lets say UPS based on table rates and not on the UPS website?
