I got a question. Its not OSC related but how can one do this?

lets say you type a company name in google like abc, nbc and you have a display like this

 

TV Network for Primetime, Daytime and Late Night Television Shows ...

Official NBC site for primetime, daytime and late night television shows. Television (TV) network includes soap opera, reality shows and more.

it gives the header for the main site plus links for sub directories. where can one go about setting this up ? would it be in google webmaster tools?

That is done by optimizing your shop for the search engines, usually called SEO. You can find a lot of information about how to do it here on the forums. It comes down to installing some contributions and setting up the text on your pages.

i am using dynamic metatags and ultimate url's currently. what else can you suggest to get it to work?

There's a bunch: google sitemap, dynamic sitemap, all products with images, links manager, froogle auto feeder, and maybe some I am missing.
