Small Redirection Issue

Hello,

 

I have a small issue that I need some advice on. When a customer adds a product to the cart it directs them to the page below in the example picture and it says "Product Not Found". Now the url says product_info.php. Now it only does this on add to cart or buy now buttons that are part of the cross-sell contribution. So is their something I need to look at that might be causing this? Any help would be great!

look into cross-sell contribution, where you install,,, look closely to the instruction, i bet you have missed out some code from the instruction.....

 

i done that many time.... eventually the person who wrote the contribution has done testing it, and it probably works.... the only problem is our installation part.... if you still found no error while your installation, make sure you ask the create of the contribution....

 

 

i think you should look again at the installation code.........

The contribution works perfectly. If their is a glitch then it's within the code of the contribution not with the installation.

 

Well here is the code for the button that redirects it to that page. Does anyone see anything that would explain why it would redirect to that page after you add a product to cart.

Ok I went to the contribution page for this and found an updated code that works with SEO as that is what was throwing it off. Only small issue is when we add a product to the cart from the xsell box it directs you to the index instead of staying on the product info page that the xsell box was displayed on.

 

Heres is the code, can anyone know how to keep it on the page?
