Once again another Migration error!

[06IS350]

Okay, I've moved my store from catalog/ to my root "w. Everything on the site seemed to work correctly on load but things linking to the db ( category links , product details ) comes up " Error! Unable to determine the page link! "

 

any suggestions?

One issue I've noticed.. on the links that take you to the Error message, they don't show the normal php address "mysite/index.php?cpath=24" they actually show "mysite/index.php/cpath/24".

I"m not sure what that means, but hopefully that helps!
