broxi-the-great Posted May 14, 2007 Share Posted May 14, 2007 I have set up paypal for credit cards, but, one of my customers bought an item, item and postage was calculated on my site, then went to pay using paypal, but wasn't showing postage cost on final payment, he continued and was still charged postage off his card but all i recieved was the item cost, so wher did the postage payment go from his card. i looked in orders and postage was paid for, but never rached my paypal account, just the item price. Example: item cost £5.99 postage cost £1.18 total = £7.17 paid and was charged from his card. all that came to my account and in the e-mail of notification = buyer has made payment of £5.99 any ideas?
