Need help with adding a plain page to my site

I am using the OsCommerce shopping Cart.

All I am wanting is to create a page within my site. I dont want a product page, just a plain page where I can add FAQ's or whatever I want on it.

I went to my hosting company which is SiteGround and after messaging back and forth, they keep sending me here.

Can anyone help me?

Oh and I might need to mention that I am NEW to this site building so I may need it explained as if I am 5 LOL

I will give you an example of what I want.

 

On my site, I have a few pages on the bottom that is the contact, privacy, and so on pages.

I want to create a page that is called FAQ so that I can add my own text to it.

 

Another page I am needing is if I am selling something on special on my candles site that I can add text to.

for example: www.shorelightcandles.com/the page I want.

copy shipping.php as newpage.php and its associated language file.

 

Now do the modification.

 

Also add this to filenames.php
