Hi,

Go to your servers control panel, you should have a webtools section in there (depending on who your with). In there you have the ability to add or change any pasword to any file on your site.

Good luck with your store,

kel

Hi there, you mean login FTP and change Admin password OR change it under the Oscommerce Admin Tools??

Pardon me if I sound stupid but I don't want to take the risk on password. It is very sensitive and one wrong step can spell many trouble! :o

They mean log in to your cPanel. There you should see your web tools and a folder called passwords, but as was stated previously depends on your host as to what you are allowed to access in your cpanel.

I have a question that is related.

I crashed my hard drive and lost all my info on my puter pertaining to passwords to my admin section on OS Commerce. How can I recover it and get into my admin section.

My store is full of orders and I cannot get in to see them and send them

Please help im at my wits end.

Be well,
