Who's online redirect error

For the last couple of days my client has been getting redirect errors similar to this in the Who's online section in Admin

 

/store/catalog/redirect.php?rw=hmn&action=url&jrl=ek&goto=xibipb

 

I have no idea what's creating that redirect. Can anyone help? The redirects don't go anywhere.

Sorry I can't be of any help, but I just wanted to pipe in and say that this has been happening to me too. I just noticed it happening within the last day. I'll look to see who's online and see 3 or 4 identical entries like catalog/redirect.php followed by a bunch of gibberish. It's got me kind of worried. I wonder if it's interfering with the site in any way or interfering with customers. Anyone have any idea what's going on? Thanks.

Yes, that was my concern as well. And my site is getting the multiple entries like you are getting to. Hopefully someone will have an answer.
