The message below is what many of our customers are telling us happens when they try to order on our OSCommerce site. We do receive the order but our customers are left with the feeling that the order did not go through. We have lost several customers because of this. Can anyone help me fix this situation? I am not getting much help from the Concentric/OS Commerce Professional Service. There reply is It's not us! Thank you for any help Marilyn Message from costomer: This is what I get when I place the order: The webpage cannot be found HTTP 404 Most likely causes: There might be a typing error in the address. If you clicked on a link, it may be out of date. What you can try: Retype the address. Go back to the previous page. Go to secure.concentric.com and look for the information you want.
