I know this can be done but I am confused as how exactly to do so. I wish to sell templates on my site, how do I set it up so that once it has been paid for the customer can download it?

1) you need to enable Downloadable Products

2) upload files to download folder

3) in product attributes you need to specify the file name for specific product item

Good Luck

Please read this line: Do you want to find all the answers to your questions? click here. As for contribution database it's located here!

8 people out of 10 don't bother to read installation manuals. I can recommend: if you can't read the installation manual, don't bother to install any contribution yourself.

Before installing contribution or editing/updating/deleting any files, do the full backup, it will save to you & everyone here on the forum time to fix your issues.

Ok, I have enabled Downloadable Products and uploaded to the download folder. I have made a new attribute in the product attribute named 'file' and put in the file name. But what now? how do I add it to the catalog?

Under Configuration you will see a link on the left that says "Downloads"; you enable downloads by changing it from false to true
