Can't get to Admin site - copied installation

Hello Clever people,

 

I have been given a site to make changes to which was copied from one server to another, so no installation was done on the new site. I have been able to make changes to some bits of the design, but cannot get the Admin facility to work at all.

 

Can anyone point me in the right direction please? (I have followed the instructions that I can find, but nothing seems to work, or change the error even)
