Breadcrumbs '>>' symbol

How do I change the breadcrumbs seperator symbol to something else?

 

Forgive me if this is already on the board, but I was unable to search for it due to it beiing too small of a word.

find this

Change the

»

to any other character or symbol (you will probably need to use the special entity code for the new symbol)

Im sorry, I forgot to mention that I am using the Simple Template System. I changed the header.php file but it didn't work, and I am guessing a different method must be used?

OK, I found out that the file I needed to edit was shop/includes/modules/sts_inc/general.php
