Hello All

Can anyone tell me how I might add the facility to add an attachment to the contact form?

I would like to be able for the customer to send a file / image to site owner via the contact form.

Thanks.

Well, it is against forum rules to double post.

This is contribution support.

From memory, it opens your email client. If this is the case, they just do it normally.

Are you engaged in something illegal?

Sorry about the double posting was'nt aware I had posted twice.

To my knowlege I am not trying to do anything illegal.

My site is in the form of showing adverts and I require my customers to send details to me including attachments this is the reason for the request.

I can use the email but like to be able also use the contact form.

Thanks for your help.

OK, I can now see how that feature would be useful.

I thought that it may have been used for spam.

There is a contrib called Send email to customers with an attachment included http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contri...arch,attachment that lets admin do it. You maybe able to hack that code to get what you want. Or it may prompt someone to do it.

Plenty of job sites let you do basically the same thing by letting you attach your CV. If you get the solution, please post it.
