To my knowlege I am not trying to do anything illegal. My site is in the form of showing adverts and I require my customers to send details to me including attachments this is the reason for the request. There is a contrib called Send email to customers with an attachment included http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contri...arch,attachment that lets admin do it. You maybe able to hack that code to get what you want. Or it may prompt someone to do it. Plenty of job sites let you do basically the same thing by letting you attach your CV.
