cannot open stream error

Hi,

 

I installed the product tabs contribution. I am trying to open catalog through admin and getting the following error.

 

Warning: main(includes/application_top.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in C:\Inetpub\vhosts\bestsoftstore.com\httpdocs\oscommerce\admin\categories.php on line 15

 

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required 'includes/application_top.php' (include_path='.;./includes;./pear') in C:\Inetpub\vhosts\bestsoftstore.com\httpdocs\oscommerce\admin\categories.php on line 15

 

I can see the file application_top.php in includes......so file is there then why it failing to open... :'(

 

Now if i put the full path like this in categories.php file for require('application_top.php'); then i get further error in application_top.php file as configure.php file cannot open...

 

the files are there and perfectly ok installed.

 

can anybody please help and let me know what this error means.
