dotcom012
When a customer submits a RMA, they can view it by loggin back into the my account area. Once in there they can see all the past orders and what has been returned. The question i have is, why did they make it so the admin can print the Packing Slip but the customer can't. I want them to be able to print it and include it the box. Is there a way of putting a button on the returns_track.php file so that the customer can print invoices or packing slips. berkedam
Maybe this is your solution? http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contributions,4841 "If you're working on something new, then you are necessarily an amateur."
dotcom012
Something like that but, When you install the RMA Contrib, in the admin area when you look up an RMA, you (the admin) can print a packing slip. Why they put it here i dont know, RMA's come from the customers house to your store or where ever, so i don't know why the admin would need to print a packing slip. What i am trying to accomplish is, getting that button to show up on the customers side, so they can print the Packing Slip and put it in the box when they send it back.
