billlawrence Posted May 10, 2007 Share Posted May 10, 2007 Hi, Our original hosting service recently sold our account to a new hosting service and I have two issues. Wonder if they may be related. 1. The shop/admin login and pw is missing on my store. 2. The store categories populate with number of available items, but when you query the shop for products (either by manufacturer or by category) there are no products to display. Product records are still populating the mySQL db and can be queried via admin tools and myPHP. Am relatively new to this environment. Would someone be able to point me in the right direction?
