Help with Authorize.net module

Hi, just purchased an existing company that uses osCommerce.

 

Switched over the original authorize.net module information to use my new api login id and tranx key. Both of those look to update fine in the admin module.

 

What's happening is that I get only a red X and no choices for credit cards now in my cart?

 

My site has been down for entering cards for about 4 days now, and it's killing my staff. Anyone have a suggestion?
