Show category tree title in order process emails & order page

Hi there,

 

I wonder if someone could help me please... basically I have a few of the same products listed in separate categories (eg: we have a T-Shirt called "Dogs Six Gallery" listed in both "Girls Long Sleeve" and "Boys Long Sleeve" categories. The problem is that when an order process email comes through (and on the Admin-->Orders page) there is no indication as to what category & subcategory the product is in. Does anybody know of a contrib or a way to sort this out? I'm not really a coder (more of an implementer ;)!
