Multiple Tax rates for mulitple zones

Hi,

 

i want to add multiple tax rates for multiple zones such as 12% rates for New york, 20% for UK etc.

 

for this i have added an two Tax zones such as "New york and UK" and an Tax Class such as "Tax goods" . But the problem is when i select tax rates for Tax goods class. it only allows me add just one Tax Zone from a drop down box.

 

Please help, it's urgent

you add another rate by clicking the "new tax rate" then you assign the zone under it. And the term zone should not represent a specific state or country but a group of them (ie folder with a meningful name like 7Percent) and beneath it you have the actual states/countries.

I also have same problem, and i did what to said previously, but still i cant get it.

 

could plz explain breifly
